Air pollution not only endangers human health, but also causes the burden of social medical resources and the destruction of the ecological environment. How can we improve the environment? We have successively introduced a variety of green energy solutions suitable for various industries. Embedded industrial computer products are also used in environmental pollution, and industrial tablet computers are used in environmental improvement measures.
In order to provide complete air quality monitoring, the system adopts a full-time detection method, and uses Android industrial tablet computers combined with sensors and data acquisition devices to measure the concentration of air pollutants. At the same time, it is recorded every 30 seconds and written into the report. Since the detection system is usually installed in an outdoor environment and cannot provide a wired network, you can use wifi to access the Internet and send daily reports to E-mail. When the system detects an abnormality, it will immediately sample the air and send a text message to relevant personnel for subsequent analysis and countermeasures.
This system provides four major subsystem functions:
(1) Calibration screen: Before sampling, you can set the appropriate flow rate and allowable concentration standards based on the analysis method of the collected chemicals (refer to the data of the Labor Safety and Health Institute). At the same time, this screen provides daily timing calibration settings Setting, correction coefficient and average value display and error tolerance setting. When the error exceeds the set value, the system will send a text message to notify the relevant personnel.
(2) Cleaning screen: Automatic cleaning function. Before the sampling bag is used, the air in the bag must be sucked out by vacuum, and then the bag is flushed with nitrogen or pure air. The volume of the sampling bag must be set before cleaning And the pumping rate, when the user presses the "clean" button, the system will calculate the cleaning time based on these two values.
(3) Other settings: The management screen, the user needs to log in to this setting screen with a password. This screen provides the settings of the three-way valve and pump switch during cleaning and sampling operations.
(4) Sampling screen: This screen provides a high value trigger function, which means that when the detected value exceeds the set standard value, air sampling will be performed automatically. The user can also turn off this function and switch to button-based manual sampling. In addition, it also provides sampling time setting, sampling bag number display/setting, current concentration display and SMS and mobile phone settings, which can be set to send a text message when automatic sampling, or the user can send a text message to activate the sampling function .
